Use this catalog format to keep your product catalog in sync with YBM Connect. It provides a structured way to exchange product details, bundles, prices and supporting data. The format can be used for a manual upload or an automated SFTP import.

v4 remains supported for existing integrations. Use the format already configured for your integration.

Required data

Each product requires a Product ID, Product name and category information according to the format configured for the existing integration. This legacy format is not intended for new integrations.

Column order

The columns below are mapped by position. Include every column and keep the order unchanged. Optional values may be empty, but their columns must remain in the file. Include a header row for people who work with the file, but do not rely on its labels for validation.

Use consecutive rows with the same Product ID for multiple bundles. All values other than the bundle fields must be identical on these rows.

Bundle fields are only needed when a product is supplied in a bundle. Leave the bundle size, bundle type and bundle GTIN empty for products supplied only as a single vessel or by weight.

Columns

1. Category name: The name of the product category
2. Category ID: A unique category identifier (optional)
3. Product ID: The unique product identifier
4. Product name: The product name
5. Order by: One of "vessel" or "kg" (defaults to "vessel")
6. Vessel size: The size of the product vessel in the specified unit
7. Vessel unit: One of "l", "dl", "cl", "ml", "kg", "g" or "quantity"
8. Vessel type: See vessel and bundle types (optional)
9. Bundle size: The number of vessels in the bundle
10. Bundle type: See vessel and bundle types
11. Bundle GTIN: The EAN or GTIN code of the bundle (optional)
12. Price: The unit price, e.g. 1234.56 (optional)
13. Price per: One of "vessel", "l", "kg" or "100g" (defaults to "vessel")
14. Minimum order count: The minimum number of units to order (optional)
15. Status: One of "ACTIVE", "INACTIVE" or "OUT_OF_STOCK" (defaults to "ACTIVE")

Additional optional columns

16. Image: The original URL of the image where we can download it from
17. GTIN: EAN or GTIN code associated with the product.
18. Labels: Comma-separated list of labels. Accepted values: "NEW", "BIO", "SEASONAL", "DISCOUNTED", "VEGAN", "VEGETARIAN" and "GLUTEN_FREE".
19. Description: Product description
20. Manufacturer: The name of the manufacturer
21. Brand: Product brand
22. Region: The region the product is from
23. Country: ISO country code of the product
24. Vintage: Year of production or harvest
25. Ingredients: Description of the ingredients
26. Allergens: List of allergens in the product
27. Storage advice: Description of best way to store
28. Nutritional values: Nutritional information for the product
29. Dietary labels: Comma-separated labels. They are combined with Labels; use only the accepted values listed for Labels above.
30. Alcohol content: Percentage of alcohol in the product - without the percentage sign, e.g. "40" or "12.5"
31. Color: Product color
32. Grape variety: Type of grape used for making the wine
33. Wine-making: The process used to make the wine
34. Material: Materials present in the finished product
35. Fishing method: The method used to catch the fish
36. Length: The length of the product
37. Width: The width of the product
38. Height: The height of the product
39. Diameter: The diameter of the product
40. Net weight: Weight of the product without packaging
41. Total weight: Total weight of the product as shipped
42. VAT: The VAT rate for the product
43. Product Sheet: URL of a PDF or other document with a full description of the product
44. Name FR: The product name in French
45. Name IT: The product name in Italian
46. Name EN: The product name in English
