Use CSV files and a secure SFTP connection to exchange data on a schedule. YBM Connect imports your product catalog and customer pricing from your server and writes customer orders back to it.
Manage your catalog
YBM Connect retrieves your complete product catalog and pricing file on the agreed schedule.
Receive customer orders
YBM Connect creates one CSV file for each customer order and uploads it to the configured destination on your SFTP server.
How the exchange works
The same SFTP connection is used in both directions: YBM Connect retrieves your catalog and pricing files and uploads customer order files to your server.
- Request a YBM Connect account from our support team.
- Configure the SFTP connection and agree the file paths, formats, encoding and schedule.
- Place each complete catalog or pricing file you exchange at its configured source path.
- YBM Connect imports the source files and uploads new customer orders to the configured destination.
- Test the first exchange before activating the regular schedule.
